Abstract
Marxist property rights theory and western property rights theory are fundamentally different in their ideological systems, one is historical materialism and the other is historical idealism. Combining with the state owned enterprise stock system reform, this paper compares these two property rights theories with emphasis on the basic points of Maxisim property right theory.
