Of Marx' s analysis of value-creative labor, some should be deepened and some should be further developed. In the researches, relationships and distinctions must be identified regarding creation of value, formatron of value, realization of value and distribution of value. Concrete analysis must be made instead of the general statement that capitalists and capital create or do not create value .The theory of the value of labor is a general law of market-oriented economy.Recognition of the labor-value theory necessitates the recognition of the surplus value .Participation in the distribution of the surplus value does not necessarily relate to exploitation. Marx' s theory of labor value must be developed, but should not be negated rashly.
