Abstract
The wage of migrant workers fron country has been kept in a low level for a long time. However, Migrant workers from the
country make a great contribution to GDP growth. The gap between the low wage and the high contribution has caused the insufficiency of effective demand. The reason is mainly the market orientation of wage level under the classical property right system. Thus corresponding economic system has to be reformed and a harmonious society has to be established.
