坚持和完善我国现阶段基本经济制度的理论和实践问题

At the present stage, importance needs to be attached to the theoretical and practical issues deviating from the right direction in theory and practice, while emphasizing on upholding and improving China's basic economic system. Clarification needs to be made on the connection and distinction between "the
basic economic system at the primary stage of socialism" and "the socialist economic system". This article explains, based on the combination of theory and practice, w坷China should engage neither in sole public ownership nor entire privatization. This article also points out that one should clearly aware that "not
engaging in sole public ownership" has already become an unshakable reality, which rules out concerns that China's economic system will return to sole public ownership. Yet "never engaging in entire privatization" did not materialize, instead, there exists ongoing influential ideological trend toward privatization, and the reality of inclination of private ownership and suppression of public ownership, that deviates from the guiding ideology of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the central government. Assessment is made on the new viewpoint advocating for the "dominance of private economy and supplement of foreign economy".
