Abstract
Euler's Theorem is a mathematic theorem. A special formula of the Theorem w as on the one hand adopted to testify the content of the Theory of Marginal Productivity(TMP), particularly its perfection. It was on the other hand used to disprove the TMP. It is the disapproval in terms of Euler Theorem that disclaims the TMP.
