Abstract
During its transition firm planned economy to market economy, China' s setup of economic interest presents such characteristics as the multi-variation of principal economic interest, the diversification of economis interest sources, open expression of economic interests, and widening gap of economic interest. All this is due to changes in the setup of economic interest pattern as a result of the reformation of economic system,changes in the structure of }vnership, the economic development strategy, and the outlook on interest. The issue of economic interest is a major issue of contradiction among people .It is imperative to insist on taking all Factors into consideration and coordinate various kinds of interest in the course of reformation.
