Abstract
Since 2007, the international financial crisis has brought great impact on the growth of world economy.Globalizing Chinese economy has been inevitably influenced as well, which involves aspects of economic developmentspeed, industrial structure and export trade, etc. It is necessary for us to actively respond to the challenge and pressurebrought by the changing international economic conditions through such approaches as strengthening the integration of investment and resource, setting a clear direction for industrial adjustment, improving the ability ofindustrial innovation,speedingup the transfer off oreign trade development mode,supportingthedevelopmentofprivate economy, and enhancing the development ofinner- source economy.
