构建合理有序收入分配新格局的基本路径

Since the Reform and Opening-up,China has made great achievements in individual income distribution, though there are prominent issues. In order to attain the goal of making the per capita income for urban and rural citizens in 2020 twice as much as that in 2010, we should build a new and orderly pattern for income distribution under the guidance of the Scientific Outlook on Development.Moreover, we should deepen the economic structural reform regarding improving income distribution and other fields;significantly improve the ratio of labor reward in the pattern of national income distribution; establish the system of preventing and punishing corruption; strengthen tax administration; prohibit illegal income, regulate gray income, and clean invisible income; stabilize public sector of the economy and energetically promote socialist ideology.
