Abstract

This article uses Marx's theory of natural force economy to analyze the causes and economic effects of climate changes and puts forward Chinese model of low carbon economy. The current climate changes are the retorsions of natural forces incurred by the human overuse natural forces. This is a crisis characterized by inadequate supply of resources-based climate natural forces. It is the result of capital chasing surplus value and practicing "high carbon" economy chronically. If not be contained, it will lead to the depletion of the headspring of agriculture fortune and unsustainable overall crisis. Resisting climate changes and constructing Chinese model of low carbon economy should be based on the principle of sustainable use of natural force and found the doctrine of "fifth" factor of natural forces, with the green as keynote; proposing low carbon production and living pattern; establishing and perfecting the system of carbon trade, promoting the cooperation of carbon emission abatement; preventing multi-channel shifts of conflicts between the nature of capital and low carbon economy.
