Abstract
The progress of economy is also the process of the adjustment of the economic structure .The structure adjustment is materially the adjustment of the economic interests relationship .The structure adjustment will increase the gross economic interests for distribution. Along with the adjustment of the interests distribution between different factor owners, different industry branches and different areas is non}quilibrium.And the adjustment will further influence the structure of the interests relationship .The transformation of the interests relationship influence the adjustment of the economy structure in two ways . The interests relationship changes together with the structure transformation.
