Abstract

A Chinese scholar said, there was a Lewis turning point from labor surplus to shortage in China. On some newspapers in USA there are points of view that wages in China will increase to a great extent, so the price of Chinese export goods will increase too because Lewis turning point is occurring in China and all of this will result in the inflation of the word. However, although there is some relation between wage increasing and CPI by the value transformation, there is no relation between wage increasing and inflation. Even China's Lewis turning point really exist,it has nothing with the international inflation. It is the international financial monopoly group who should bear responsibility for the inflation of the world.
