Abstract

Engels' "Dialectics of Nature" has remarkable guiding significance to the innovation of social economics. In his eyes, the "spontaneity" of "animal state" to "self-consciousness" would be realized only in the communist society, under one of the important conditions that people grasp the nature's rules. As how the economic operation would evolve, Engels told nothing. It now seems that the economic evolution has at least three stages:from“one", one“invisible hand",to“two",the combination of“two hands" of market and government, and then "three",the "ternary mechanism" of government, market and technology, where the technology plays the "determined" role. We should judge the importance of technology's recourse allocation in a strategic perspective. The upgrade of reform orientation of China' s socialist market economy has gradually helped to fill that
"blank" theoretically and practically, especially in fields of dealing with the relations of two "determined" factors, realizing the evolution of "one-two-three". Further, we need to deepen the exploration, reduce the blindness of recourse allocation, and improve the foresee ability of modern socialist economy.
