Abstract

Human’s comprehensive and free development is the supreme subject of Marxism. Marx put forward the ideal of human’s comprehensive development, and pointed out the fundamental way to realize human’s development. Human’s comprehensive development includes the development of human’s work capacity, all-round development of human’s society relations and human personality’s development. The theory of human’s comprehensive and free development is the theoretical basis for the scientific outlook on development. Scientific development requires people-orientation and promotes the comprehensive development. Human’s comprehensive and free development is the basic principle of socialist society, and the scale of values of China’s socialist construction and development. Joint work to build people’s own new labor economic system is a natural way to achieve the comprehensive development of China’s socialist society.
