Abstract

Based on the study of provincial "12th five-year" culture industry planning policies, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of strategic location from the two dimensions of cultural industry segment of regional industry development level and focus on the development of regional cultural industry development. By using correspondence analysis and 2-mode network analysis method based on analysis of the relationship and regional industry, the corresponding analysis results showed that the "cultural creative and design services" is close to the east, middle and west area. The provinces did not appear obvious orientation differences in development planning. Finally, this paper will provide positioning optimization strategy according to making body, strategic planning, positioning basis and human resources.
