Abstract

The labor remuneration lower than capital, technology, management compensation has a close relationship with income distribution system. We have to adjust and improve the enterprise distribution system on the purpose of transforming the current system. Nowdays there exists the low labor remuneration by reflecting from big gap between common workers and executives, personal capital owners, foreign labors. The lack in laws protecting labors rights and factor income being the main form of the distribution should be responsible for it. It is the key to the problem to reform the distribution structure and increase the common workers remuneration proportion.
