Abstract

"Charter of the Anshan Iron and Steel Company" Despite the birthplace of China's brief, but it was Japan, Europe and the United States of corporate governance and organizational innovation has an important impact, but now it has not really understanding involving Charter of the Anshan Iron and Steel Company’s core values. This article holds that the "Charter of the Anshan Iron and Steel Company,”and it was spearheaded in the Japanese model is between employees, between employees and managers to build a trust and cooperation mechanism for the stability of the repeated games cooperation optimal solution, which is universal the failure of the enterprise by the breakthrough is a universal significance corporate governance structure innovation.
