Abstract

In this paper, we use Marx's metabolic process-by means of metabolic rift and metabolic repair two concepts-research associated with different agricultural systems dynamic exchange relationship. First, evaluate the contemporary capitalist agriculture, organic agriculture including the United States; and explains how the capitalist system of agriculture in the soil nutrient cycling and ecological problems created habitat metabolic rift.Then, we discuss the possibility of the food system on the social and ecological reasonable. The author investigated the potential of focusing by metabolis repair Cuban organic agriculture model.
