Abstract

In view of the low level of rights of domestic workers, this paper establishes a new capital一labor relationship suitable for the requirements of socialist market economy by instruction of scientific outlook of development and harmonious society, so as to steadily improve the rights of domestic worker. At the same time, the new capital-labor relationship under socialist market economy needs making clear the rules of rights confirmation, wide cover, moderate protection, win-win results of both capital and
labor and dynamic adjustments.
