Abstract

In order to foster their own interests, the developed countries offered developing countries the promises about the benefits of "globalization". The developing countries are required to adopted a comprehensive Economic Reform and Structural Adjustment Program(ERSAP's). Otherwise, the developing countries have not positively benefited from globalization as implemented through the policies dictated by ERSAP' s, on the reverse, they are being fallen into economic, financial, and social crises. What are the problems? All are because of imitating the political economic structures of developed countries and ignorance of their own real backdrops. It is worthy of evaluating the effects of globalization, in which there are much lessons for developing countries to learn.
