Abstract

Modular production organization as a new type of capitalist production organization had an important impact on labor-capital relations.The use of Marxist economics "technology-System" analysis framework, on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of modular technology, pointed out that the network hierarchical modular led to the division of labor, labor relations and thus make new changes, new changes mainly reflected in; enterprise and the state did not have to lead the industry to upgrade capacity to master standard, can only be involved in the underlying identity of the supplier modular production network, relying on cheap labor resources, low income, a large capital controls and capital competition strangling object. Supplier of modular division of labor within the industry and the resulting stratification, and strengthen the leadership and control of the status of the capital, the capital in the global control of production and labor. Finally, the paper puts forward the idea to get rid of the modular division of labor under capital controls.
