"Balwinder Singh Tiwana (left) is Professor of Economics and Director of the Center for South-West Asian Studies, Punjabi University, Patiala, India. He has published in most areas of economics but is particularly interested in political economy and the broader consequences of neoliberal reforms.Paramjit Singh (right) works at the Department of Economics, Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. His research focuses on political economy and various aspects of Indian economy. He specialises in the Marxian political economy. He has published in various aspects of Indian economy."
