Abstract
As a neutral concept, macro一control is featured by expansionary as well as contractionary. Ever since China entered into construction of socialist market economy in 1992 , the government began its operation of market一control. As China's economy stepped into the booming period, the macro一control has transmitted into policies of expansion and contraction efforts, aiming at the "soft landing" of the economy.
