Abstract

In Marx's theory, the labor's value and labor's price are different, so it can explain the wage determination and wage differences successfully. Marx insist that wage is varying through history, not keeping invariable, and it provide a possibility to the bargain space between the labor and the employee, and provide a possibility to the promotion of productivity by the practice of wage policy. According to Marx's wage theory, the manager's salaries have two sides, if their salaries are count into labor's compensation, it can make the labor's share in the national income too high, and the following result is that the labor's share is increasing while the gini coefficient is increasing too. Marx criticized the employer's dictatorship in the firm, which laid a foundation to the social regulation of wage policy. From Marx' s wage theory, a healthy economic ethics can be deduced; At last,Marx's wage theory emphasize the moral and historical function in wage formation, which can guide the wage policy in developing countries.
