Abstract
In the last 30 years since the Reform and Opening-up, the socialist theory and practice in China has been witnessed many breakthroughs and turns. In this paper, it is concluded as theTen Changes. In the same way, theTen Achievements is for the socialist economic construction, and theTen Subjects for the further study of the socialist theory and practice.
