Abstract

Capital inflow has been growing for long time. Currently,frequent fluctuations of non-FDI have caused new risk to China's macroeconomy. The combined effects of FDI and non一FDI capitals are likely to lead to inflation aM deteriorate the risk of bubble in real estate. At the same time, it also increases the pressure on RMB appreciation and get monetary policy into trouble. And so we put forward establishing a sound system of the real estate market information and warning and work out an emergency response plan to defuse the risk of impact of international capital inflow.
