Abstract

Synergistic effect on coordination of things based on complementary interaction perspective, mechanism of equal competition in the labor market, realization of labor income depends on the value of labor supply
and demand relationship, improve the employment policy, the urbanization speed up the innovation policy, the labor demand increased, promote labor from oversupply shift to balance supply and demand changes. Improve the legal system, improve their bargaining power, share the profits of enter-
prise;reform of fiscal system, supported by tax cuts raise and less spending.
