Abstract

In this paper, the author tries to use many person non-cooperative differential games model and control theory to develop the theory of Marx' enlarged reproduction. The article thinks that two divisions have their own interests and aims. As viewed from control theory, the course of enlarged reproduction consists of free motion and forced motion. The motions are of unity of opposites in the theory of Marx' enlarged reproduction. In two divisions policy makers’aims are single-handed, but they can establish a certain equilibrium, which belongs dual non-cooperative equilibrium in the reproduction. Finding the solution of model under the hypotheses, we can gain the change laws (Nash Equilibrium) of state variables and control
variables,such as the exponential law, the sine law and the hyperbolic sine law. The results give a significant reference to our macroeconomic control.
