Abstract

Marx's labor relations theory is an indispensable part of Marxist theory, which supplies important guide for workers in the world. The primary stage of socialism can not transcend the labor-capital relation-ship. The contradictions of the labor and capital in China today contain both
the general characteristics of market economy as well as the particular Chinese characteristics. We should evaluate the actions of Marx's labor relations theory to build harmonious labor relationships in the primary stage of socialism in a dialectical way. In China today, Marxist classical theory needs to beexpanded in the following aspects: the participants of modern labor relationship have achieved the quaternary extension; the labor's rewards are decided dynamically by both labor value and labor-capital situation; the development of harmonious labor relations in the primary stage of socialism is the inheritage and development of Marxist theory of labor relations.
