The relationship of labour and capital of a moderm society is the most basic interests，and it can be divided into three types, namely: that the interests of employers and employees in the private ownership relations, public relations and the interests of employers and employees in labour shareholding interests. Modern labour-capital relations are mainly influenced by the structure of property rights, trade union coordination，the regulation three factors. In Current period，The relationship between employers and employees in China's private enterprises，state-owned enterprises and joint-stock enterprises are not very smooth，and the effects of property rights，trade unions and the role of factors are not very good. In this paper we argue that rationalizing and coordinating our labour-capital conflicts of interest is an important guarantee to build a harmonious society.
