This paper analyzes the different new situations and new problems in the development of contemporary capitalism and explores the
basic economic contradictions in the world with increasing economic socialization and globalization and tries to find out whether neo-liberalism and democratic socialism can hinder the ultimate replacement of multi-mode capitalism with scientific socialism.
