:As an important aspect in the reform of the state -owned enterprises in China , the joint -stock system is a scientific means of organization for modern enterprises.I t helps smooth the ownership system of our state -owned enterprises and establish a regulated company management structure and a modern enterprise system .However , it cannot cure all. Without a strict legal system and a rigid enforcement system to protect the state -owned property , without a regulated ownership system to define the behavior of the state -owned enterprises, the favorable effect of the joint -stock system w ill no t be achieved in the reform of the state -owned enterprises and equity of the state -owned assets will be damaged .
