论农业现代化与生产经营主体转换

The essence of the modernization of agriculture is to deeply incorporate information technology into agricultural production, to coordinate urbanization, to innovate incessantly agricultural management, and to raise substantially productivity of labor.The most remarkable symbol of agricultural modernization is to raise the productivity of labor, the essence of which is to realize the changeover of ownership of production and management, the land properly ownership system being the foremost factor. To deepen the reform of land property ownership system aims to solve two principal problems: firstly, the institutional guarantee of large-scale management of land; secondly, the innovation of agricultural management and foster a new ownership of agricultural management.
