FDI对中国技术外溢效应的实证分析

From the perspective of the domestic patent authorizations of different provinces in China from 1998 to 2002, this paper tries to analyze the technology outflow effect of foreign direct investment on China, its intensity and whether the positive effect can offset the welfare loss of Chinese people and domestic enterprises resulting from the preferential tax rate policy of Chinese government towards foreign direct investment, and to find out whether the preferential policy can maximize the welfare of Chinese people and promote China's strength of science and technology and competitiveness.
