共同富裕是中国特色社会主义的根本原则

Comrade Hu Jintao Hu Jintao delivered a report on Thursday at the opening of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. He put social security and improving people’s livelihood to a very high position，and stressed that "Common prosperity is the fundamental principle of the socialism with Chinese characteristics”.Correctly understanding and grasping this problem，firstly we need to understand why we need socialism,what is socialism and how to build socialism. Putting forward and emphasizing the importance of this problem，not
only is against to the "left”wind period’s poor socialism before reform and opening } which ignored rapidly developing productivity and improving people’s living standard，but also against to not grasp "common prosperity is fundamental aim and principle of Marx’s science socialism”from the party’s theory and propaganda history. Rapidly developing productivity is the material means to common prosperity } and public ownership is dominant or basis,which is the system guarantee of common prosperity. The report further discussed this problem systemically and prominently，which has important theory and realistic meaning. This paper will discuss seven problems of economic theory combined with common prosperity from the Eighteen report.
