Resumo
This paper makes a systematic investigation and a theoretical analysis on the phenomenon of usury in Chinese rural areas today, defines the usury in rural areas and analyses its present situation, characteristics and cause of formation taking Marx's thought of economics as guidance, investigates the contributing factors of high interest rate of the usury from the angle of economics, and finally puts forward some suggestions for administering the usury.
