Being a unique structural historical change “transformation' should be grasped and analyzed overall with the theory focusing on both history and structure study of "transformation" cannot be separated from the basic historical background
of modernization movement. From the perspective of modernization, the historical place of "transformation" merges somewhere with the historical process of modemization from the structural angle of "transfoanation" essence, there are homoorganicity and differences between the systematical structural change of " transformation" and structural change of modernization from its tendency of development, there are different options between the returning to traditional modernization and the establishing of untraditional modernization (socialist modernization).
