重新审视国有企业改革的理论基础与制度设计

This paper reviewed and studied countermeasure of China's SOE reform in an all-round way from three respects. The reform of SOE should adhere to the reform direction of socialist market ernnomy and rely mainly on public ownership. It also should re-Bard four views of Marxist economic theory as the theoretical foundation. At last, this text explained new SOE reform system design, included: enterprise's system that act on one's own and jointly work, Joint一stock company that workers held shares collectively and Public-owned enterprises that share the economic movement mechanism.
