中国个人收入分配改革:成就、问题与对策

Since reform and opening up, the reform of China personal income distribution achieved a profound historic change.The productive forces and the people's living standards improved significantly. However, in recent years, in China's institutional transformation, the main disadvantages of personal income distribution emerged gradually, such as the power rent-seeking, some monopoly industries unreasonably high income, profit erosion of wages and the wealth gap and other issues, which has given rise to the height of the whole society concern. In order to construct the ei}iciency and fair and unified olive type new pattern of personal income distribution, and maintaining social harmony and stability, we should develop national economy sound and fast, deepen and improve personal income distribution and related areas of economic reform, effectively strengthen the rule of law and honest government, and constantly consolidate and develop the socialist public economy.
