中国居民财产差距悬殊的基本成因与对策

In recent years，one of the significant and deep-rooted issues in China is the huge disparity of residents'property. The basic causes are as follows:the serious neo-liberal erosion，especially the agitation of the thought of privatization, the rapid rise of China's national bourgeoisie and the unscrupulous rent-seeking of some Party and government officials, some serious problems and obvious defects exposed in the reform, and the profound changes in China's ownership in the narrow sense as a result of the above reasons. Accordingly,measures should be taken to reasonably narrow the Chinese residents' property gap: strengthening the guidance of Marxism in the ideological realm and deeply criticizing neo-liberalism, particularly the trend of thought of privatization; consolidating and developing the economy of public ownership, and maintaining the dominant position of public ownership;deepening the reform on taxation，income，and social security; punishing and preventing corruption in a scientific and effective way，and banning illegal income resolutely.
