城乡居民人均收入十年翻一番:基本指标、结构特征与实现路径

According to the basic requirement of the report of the 18th National Congress of CPC that urban and rural residents' average income shall be doubled within 10 years we could calculate (or estimate) the four basis indicators in single or total volume by introducing factors such as rise in consumption goods prices and increment in population. In the course of realizing the double average income,China's residents in different groups，industries regions and posts have different characteristics in terms of their income growth rate. To achieve the significant numerical target raised by the report of the 18th National Congress of CPC，China shall promote the sustained sound and rapid economic development increase the proportion of resident income among national income and the proportion of labor remuneration in primary distribution,trengthen the tax collection management, prevent corruption ,regulate off-the-book income,and ban illegal income.
