当前我国利益集团问题分析

Unlike the western countries, the notion of interests groups shall not be generalized or equalized to so -called interests clusters. Moreover, promoting to form interests groups or blindly borrowing western definitions should be shunned away. In present Chinese society, the formation and development of interests groups has marked its unique characters and background. They could be divided into 9 kinds of interests groups: disordering public sectors, undermining Chinese government’s benefits, acting as compradors, advocating the mechanism of western interests groups, corrupted, bureaucratic, extremely rigid and conservative by act and words, and splitting our nation. The malaise greatly obstructed reforms, distorting the market institution, jeopardizing equality and justice, deteriorating ecology for political ruling and challenging security for political regime. To combat the rise of interests groups, we, in adherence to the fundamental policy for striking, containing and instructing, should fight against corruption, and regard it a crucial mission to play the government’s role so as to reinforce and modify the construction of institution as the major measure and proper the leadership of the CPC as the final cornerstone.
