我国现阶段劳资利益关系的理论与对策分析

The interest between labor and capital not only is the core of the operation of all social systems in Marx’s time，but also becomes the basic social interest in modern China. It refers to the economic relationship between labor and capital(private or public owners) in China，and its determinants include property，labor unions and governments. At present，the core of constructing a harmonious society is to adjust the interest among state-owned enterprises，private enterprises and stock companies. And China should make full use of the coordination function of the government as a visible hand，the adjustment function of
the market as an invisible hand and the supervision function of the media.
