　The development and reform of social economy have proved the vitality and scientific value of Marxist economics.Marxist economics no t only provides g uidance for social eco nomic practice , but is also of o rientation v alue to innovat ion of applied economics that has been trapped in “academic coloniali sm”.Yet realization of this o rienta tion value remains a complicated sy stemic project.It
must be made clear that Marxi st eco nomics is a scient ific sy stem wi th the dual st ructure of theoretical economics and applied economics.What w e should do is to establish the meta-theo ry o f Marxist theoretical economics , clarify the nature , subject s , and tasks of different ty pes of applied eco nomics , analy ze the relat ion o f the meta-theory o f Mar xist economics and applied economics ,identify the link betw een the tw o , decide the logical develo pment path o f various schoo ls of applied economics accordingly , and thus co nst ruct the content f ramew ork o f applied economics
