中国失业:特征与对策

In recent years, China's unemployment has become prominent and has been a big challenge for our economic development and social stability. The present unemployment of China has the following five characteristics: urban unemployment population is unprecedentedly big; contradictions of aggregation, structure and quality coexist; "bottlenecks" of demand, system and conception coexist: disguised unemployment and disguised employment coexist; high economic growth and high urban unemployment coexisr. To mitigate increasing pressure of employment, we must implement the new strategy of developing economy and increasing employment simultaneously and more active employment policies.
