摘要

全球资本主义仍处在始于2008年美国的结构危机当中。根据以往经验,解决办法多是形成一种新的资本主义制度形式,这至少能短期内解决导致危机的问题。本文认为资本主义内部制度变革会有两种可能形式来解决当前的危机问题:商业管制资本主义和社会民主资本主义。但是,两个日益严峻的资本主义基本矛盾使这两种制度形式在解决危机时面临巨大障碍。实际上,资本主义的重组不是结构性危机唯一的可能后果。解决资本主义的结构危机也可以采取向社会主义过渡的形式。
